Effective Date: 01 July 2026 Last Updated: 27 August 2026
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical books and other physical educational materials purchased through the Ascentia Publishers website. Digital books and educational materials are not physically shipped and are instead made available through the customer account after successful payment, subject to the digital-access terms.

Ascentia Publishers prepares and dispatches physical products directly and arranges delivery through appropriate courier, postal, or logistics services.

Orders are generally processed during business/working days. Weekends, public holidays, publication launches, high-volume periods, stock replenishment, and unforeseen operational events may affect processing time.
4. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
The applicable dispatch and delivery estimate will be displayed on the product page, checkout, or order communication where available. Unless a specific commitment is expressly stated, timelines are indicative.
5. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completion of the order. Charges may vary by destination, order weight, package dimensions, quantity, or promotional offer. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will be subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
6. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN Code, mobile number, and other information required for delivery. Contact grievance@ascentia-publishers.com promptly if an address correction is required.
7. Address Changes
Address changes may be possible before dispatch. After packing or dispatch, an address change may not be possible. Any additional delivery costs resulting from customer-requested changes may apply where permitted by law.
8. Tracking and Dispatch Notifications
Where tracking is available, customers may receive shipment details by email, account notification, or other communication channel. Tracking information is generated by the applicable delivery provider and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
-
Customers should be available to receive delivery and maintain reachable contact information. Failed delivery may result from an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, inaccessible premises, non-serviceable destination, or other delivery issues.
-
If a package is returned to Ascentia Publishers, the customer should contact us to discuss redelivery or other available resolution.
-
If redelivery is not opted for, a refund will be processed minus applicable shipping fees as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
-
If the logistics partner confirms a package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
10. Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed by courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, high volumes, remote destinations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.
11. Damaged Package or Book
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at delivery where reasonably possible. For damaged books, customers should retain the packaging and contact grievance@ascentia-publishers.com with photographs and the order number. The applicable resolution will be governed by the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
12. Incorrect or Missing Products
If a wrong product is delivered or an item is missing, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting information. We may verify packing, dispatch, and delivery records and provide replacement, completion of the order, or another appropriate resolution.
13. Multiple-Item Orders
An order containing multiple physical products may be dispatched in one or more packages. Separate packages may have separate tracking information and may arrive at different times.
14. Digital Products — No Physical Shipping
Digital books and educational materials are delivered by account access rather than physical shipment. After successful payment, the purchased digital entitlement will be associated with the customer’s registered account, subject to the product-specific access conditions.
Customers should sign in using the same account used to place the purchase. If access is not available after successful payment within the reasonable activation period communicated at checkout or by order confirmation, contact grievance@ascentia-publishers.com.
15. Digital Access Activation
Digital access may be activated automatically after successful payment or may require reasonable processing time depending on the product and technical setup. The product page or order communication may specify the expected activation timeframe.
If a digital product remains inaccessible after the stated or reasonable activation period, we will investigate the account, payment, and entitlement and take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
16. Digital Access Interruptions
Temporary interruption of digital access may occur because of maintenance, system upgrades, security incidents, internet failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore material service interruptions.
17. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, supported browser, internet connection, and valid customer account. Any product-specific technical requirements will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
18. Digital Access Does Not Constitute a Download
Unless the product page expressly states that downloading is permitted, digital products are provided for online access and reading through the customer account. Customers must not attempt to bypass technical restrictions or obtain unauthorised copies.
19. International Shipping
International physical shipping will be offered only where expressly indicated. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, destination-country charges, and compliance with local requirements unless otherwise stated.
20. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery or access delays caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, major infrastructure failures, courier disruptions, payment gateway failures, or other force majeure events.
